Top up the wallet by card or with crypto

Add prepaid balance by card, or with USDT or USDC, and read the wallet and its ledger.

Steps

  1. Read the wallet

Open Wallet. Available is what you can spend now. Calls in progress hold some of it, and the Low-balance threshold is the level at which the low-balance warning starts. The Ledger below lists every transaction with both sides.

  2. Top up by card

Open Billing. Under Top up by card, enter the amount and choose Pay by card. Your balance updates when the card provider confirms the payment.

  3. Or top up with crypto

Open Top up with crypto. Enter the Amount in US dollars, choose the Network and the Token (USDT or USDC), then choose Create payment request.

  4. Send the exact amount

The request shows the address and an exact amount with a few extra decimals, so your transfer can be matched to it. Send exactly that amount, in one transfer, of that token on that network. Any other token or network is lost and cannot be recovered. The request is payable for the time shown.

  5. Wait for the credit

Your wallet is credited with the amount you asked for once the network confirms the transfer. The request moves from waiting for payment to credited.

Good to know

  • Crypto top-ups are for US dollar wallets, and only when the platform has enabled them. A transfer that is late, the wrong amount or paid twice is held for review and nothing is credited until it has been decided.
  • If your provider collects payment for you, the Billing page says so and tops up your balance itself; cards are not taken there.
  • When the balance falls below the threshold, calls and messages continue for a grace period that the wallet shows. After it ends, new calls and messages are refused until you top up.
  • Each plan, number rental and usage charge is a line in the ledger: see Invoices, receipts and VAT.
