WhatsApp

WhatsApp for the whole team, inside Meta's rules

Customers write on WhatsApp; your agents answer from the shared inbox. The platform checks the 24-hour window, the template and the customer's opt-in before any message leaves.

WhatsApp features

  • Shared inbox

WhatsApp conversations are routed like every other channel. Media is fetched within WhatsApp's size limits and stored before an agent opens it; malware scanning of media is planned.

  • The window, shown and enforced

The composer shows whether free text is allowed. Outside the 24-hour customer service window, only an approved template can be sent.

  • Templates in sync

Your approved templates are synced from Meta, with their category and language, ready in the composer.

  • Opt-in per purpose

Consent is recorded per purpose, such as service or marketing, and checked again at the moment of sending.

  • Business app alongside

Keep the WhatsApp Business app on the phone where Meta offers coexistence: what the business sends from the app appears on the conversation's timeline.

  • Broadcasts

Segments by tags, language, country and opt-in; sends in each recipient's local time, outside quiet hours, throttled to your messaging tier, with an estimate first.

  • Template results

Sends, delivery, replies within 24 hours, conversions and cost per conversion, per template.

  • AI within your scope

The AI agent answers on WhatsApp only about your business; anything else gets your scope reply, as Meta's policy requires.

Your number, your account

Connect a number with your own Meta app, or link a number that stays on the WhatsApp Business app. The database keeps only a reference to each credential, never its value. Connecting through Meta's Embedded Signup is planned: it waits for the platform's approval as a Meta Tech Provider.

  • Each message is priced before it is sent; a send without a price is refused.
  • Delivery receipts only ever move a message forward: sent, delivered, read.
  • Contacts are matched by WhatsApp's own user id as well as the phone number.

Questions about WhatsApp

Can we send marketing messages?

Yes, with an approved template in the marketing category, to contacts who opted in to marketing. A send without that opt-in is refused.

Can we keep using the WhatsApp Business app?

Yes, where Meta offers coexistence for your number. Messages sent from the app show on the timeline and do not open a new 24-hour window.

Does the AI agent work on WhatsApp?

Yes, within the business scope and topics you set. Meta does not allow general-purpose assistants, so off-topic questions get your scope reply without a model call.
