Release notes

What is new in Ringura

Each release, newest first, in the words you see in the console.

: Bulk work in the inbox and tighter data controls

Agents handle many conversations in one step, and admins decide who reads customers' numbers.

New

  • Assign, tag or close many conversations at once from the inbox.
  • Block a contact across every channel. Blocked traffic is counted, and the block can be lifted with a record of who did it.
  • Import contacts from a CSV file and invite users in bulk.
  • Number masking: turn it on and agents without the permission see customers' numbers masked in the console, in exports and in live updates. Click-to-call still works.
  • Export the whole account, recordings included, as a background job with signed download links.
  • Customer effort score (CES) surveys alongside CSAT.
  • API clients can receive live events over a socket, with a dedicated scope.
  • Audit log in the console, with filters, CSV export and a report of sensitive access: recordings played, numbers unmasked, data exported.
  • Ad attribution page: which ads started conversations, by campaign and channel.
  • Customer preference centre: a signed link where a contact sets channels and topics, or unsubscribes, without logging in.
  • Reply approval: a supervisor approves a held reply before it sends, switched on per queue.
  • Knowledge articles have owners, review dates and expiry, with a list of what is due.
  • LINE and WeChat channels.
  • Send call recordings into the connected CRM, as an opt-in. Attachment support depends on the CRM.
  • Side conversations: an internal thread on a conversation, with a colleague or by e-mail with a third party.
  • Move a conversation between chat and a call, keeping the thread.
  • Lifecycle stages with a board and conversion by stage.
  • Call diagnosis page for supervisors, with a signalling ladder and a plain reading of call quality.
  • Knowledge-gap report from questions the AI agent could not answer.

Improved

  • Skill expansion over time and ordering by SLA deadline in routing.
  • Spend checks now cover every charged channel, and usage and invoices show every charge.
  • Card numbers and IBANs are masked in stored messages and in logs.
  • Message steps in outbound sequences now send through the connected channels.

: Customer self-service and meeting booking

Customers follow their own requests from your help centre, and bookings land in the calendar.

New

  • Customer portal on your help-centre address: customers sign in, read and reply to their requests, and export their own data.
  • Meeting booking from a conversation, with the booking shown in the connected CRM.

Improved

  • Self-service data exports leave out staff notes.

: Feature access, packages and team dashboards

Give each team and each person the features they need.

New

  • Feature access on three levels: account, team and person, with presets for common roles.
  • Teams with a lead and several supervisors, used for dashboard scope and defaults.
  • Dashboards you build from widgets, for yourself or for a team.
  • CRM write-back: calls and conversations logged to the connected CRM, with a signed recording link and a queue of anything that failed.

: Emergency stop

One control to stop outbound calling at once.

New

  • Emergency stop in the console: a tenant admin stops the account's outbound calls and lifts the stop when ready.

Improved

  • The console always loads the current scripts and styles after a release.

: Sign-up, numbers, help centre and status

The pieces a new account needs on its first day.

New

  • Self-service sign-up with an onboarding checklist.
  • Number shop: browse, buy and release numbers from the console, paid from the prepaid wallet.
  • Prepaid top-ups in USDT and USDC.
  • Public help centre with search and a last-checked date on every guide.
  • Public status page with current state and posted incidents.
  • QA scorecard templates, AI pre-fill with human confirmation, per-agent trends and coaching notes.
  • CRM screen pop in the workspace, and call detail in CRM activities.
  • Inbound routes and queues in the flow composer.

Improved

  • Yearly invoice numbering, VAT number formats and top-up receipts.
