Status and security

Read the status page and incidents

See what is working now, how an incident moves from investigating to resolved, and how the platform owner posts one.

Last checked For: Everyone; platform owners for the last step

Steps

  1. Open the status page

The status page shows the console and API, the link to the phone systems and messaging. It reads the platform's own status in your browser, and publishes no customer data.

  2. Read the states

Each component is shown as operational, degraded or in an outage. The phone-system line counts connected phone systems against those expected.

  3. Follow an incident

Posted incidents are listed with when they started. An incident moves through Investigating, Identified, Monitoring and Resolved, with updates as it goes.

  4. If the board does not load

The page says so and does not claim that everything is fine without an answer. Try again in a minute, or write to hello@ringura.com.

  5. Owners: post an incident

On Incidents, choose Post an incident, enter a title, the status and an update, and choose Post incident.

  6. Owners: add updates and resolve

Choose Add update to move an incident along. Set the status to Resolved when it is over.

Good to know

  • Everything an owner writes under Incidents is shown to everyone on the public status page. Do not include customer names or personal data.
  • The status page does not replace asking us: for a problem that is yours alone, write to hello@ringura.com and say which guide you were following.
